Cancellation by Client

• More than 72 hours before session: Full refund issued
• 24–72 hours before session: 50% refund issued
• Less than 24 hours before session: No refund; session may be rescheduled once at no charge
• No-show: No refund issued

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Requests within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
